How Long Does It Take To Process An Order?:
Once we have received your order, we try to ship same or next day, but with current delays in shipping please allow for 3 -5 business days to process orders. We do not consider the weekends or holidays to be business days. It is possible that it could take a little longer than expected but don’t worry, we’re working hard to get your lighting products out the door as fast as we can!
Do You Have Free Shipping?:
Yes we do! All orders come with fully FREE Shipping!
Why Do 8 Foot Products Have A Minimum Order Quanitity Of 10?:
Because of the product being larger, quantities lower than 10 were getting heavily damaged in shipping, we tried a few different solutions to alleviate the problem but had little success, the minimum order quantity was our best solution to prevent damage in shipping since we can have sturdier packaging.
My Order Has Been Shipped But I Haven’t Received It Yet!:
The delivery times advertised at check-out are based on information from the delivery services. They are not guaranteed dates, but instead are estimates given by the postal service. It’s possible that they may be taking longer than expected for a variety of reasons. If you feel that your package may be lost, please contact FedEx to see if they have more information.
